Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego. He has more than thirty years of legal experience serving for a decade with large, national law firms and for more than two decades as in-house General Counsel for internationally recognized for-profit and non-profit organizations. Throughout his career, Stephen has earned a reputation for his unwavering dedication to his clients' success. His collaborative and hands-on approach ensures that clients receive the attention and support they deserve at every step of the legal process.

Steve has been a part of legal teams that have resolved complex litigated matters with claims totaling more than half a billion dollars. He has also drafted, reviewed and negotiated contracts in highly sophisticated industries such as civil defense, aerospace and heavy construction, the combined value of which is approaching a billion dollars. Steve has also advised on real property transactions totaling more than $300 million. In addition to the foregoing, Steve has regularly been called upon to advise on matters involving business formation, corporate governance, complex regulatory compliance, labor and employment issues to name a few.
